Het onderstaande privacybeleid is van toepassing op alle websitebezoekers, transacties en overeenkomsten met Davista B.V. en Davista Consultancy B.V., Molenweg 28, 8071 TG Nunspeet, Nederland.

Davista B.V. is ingeschreven in het Handelsregister bij de Kamer van Koophandel onder nummer 73177547. Davista Consultancy B.V. is ingeschreven in het Handelsregister bij de Kamer van Koophandel onder nummer 92118860. Beide entiteiten worden hierna aangeduid als Davista.

Welke gegevens wij verwerken

  • Klanten: naam, bedrijfsnaam, contactgegevens, factuurgegevens en gegevens die nodig zijn om onze diensten te leveren, zoals accounts en koppelingen.
  • Contactformulier: naam, e-mailadres, telefoonnummer (als u dat invult) en uw bericht.
  • Nieuwsbrief: uw e-mailadres en, als u die opgeeft, uw naam.
  • Websitebezoek: gegevens over het gebruik van de website via Google Analytics (zie Cookies) en technische gegevens in de logbestanden van onze hostingpartij, zoals IP-adres, browser en tijdstip.

Doeleinden van gebruik

Wanneer u zich aanmeldt voor de diensten van Davista vragen we u om persoonsgegevens te verstrekken. Deze gegevens worden opgeslagen in het klantensysteem van Davista en gebruikt om onze diensten aan u te kunnen leveren.

Davista gebruikt uw persoonsgegevens voor:

  • de uitvoering van de overeenkomsten, transacties en diensten (grondslag: uitvoering van de overeenkomst);
  • relatiebeheer (grondslag: gerechtvaardigd belang);
  • product- en dienstontwikkeling (grondslag: gerechtvaardigd belang);
  • het bepalen van strategie en beleid (grondslag: gerechtvaardigd belang);
  • informatievoorziening omtrent onze producten en diensten (grondslag: gerechtvaardigd belang);
  • het beantwoorden van vragen via het contactformulier of e-mail (grondslag: gerechtvaardigd belang);
  • het versturen van de nieuwsbrief (grondslag: toestemming; afmelden kan met de link in elke nieuwsbrief);
  • het verbeteren van de website op basis van bezoekstatistieken (grondslag: gerechtvaardigd belang);
  • het voldoen aan wettelijke verplichtingen, zoals de fiscale bewaarplicht (grondslag: wettelijke verplichting).

Bewaartermijnen

Wij bewaren persoonsgegevens niet langer dan nodig:

  • klant- en factuurgegevens: zeven jaar na afloop van de overeenkomst, vanwege de fiscale bewaarplicht;
  • berichten via het contactformulier of e-mail: één jaar na afhandeling, tenzij er een overeenkomst uit voortkomt;
  • nieuwsbriefgegevens: tot u zich afmeldt;
  • statistieken in Google Analytics: veertien maanden;
  • logbestanden van de hosting: zo kort als nodig is voor beveiliging en het oplossen van storingen.

Delen met derden

Davista verkoopt uw gegevens niet. Wij delen gegevens alleen met partijen die ons helpen onze diensten te leveren, en alleen voor zover dat nodig is. Met deze partijen hebben wij afspraken gemaakt over de beveiliging en vertrouwelijkheid van uw gegevens. Het gaat om:

  • de subverwerkers op de pagina, waaronder Microsoft Azure (hosting van de Power BI Connector en de Power BI Agent) en Strato (hosting van de website en webshop);
  • Google, voor websitestatistieken (Google Analytics) en spambescherming van het contactformulier (reCAPTCHA);
  • Mailchimp (Intuit), voor het versturen van de nieuwsbrief.

Doorgifte buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte

Google en Mailchimp zijn gevestigd in de Verenigde Staten. Gegevens kunnen daardoor buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte worden verwerkt. Dat gebeurt op basis van het EU-VS Data Privacy Framework en/of de standaardcontractbepalingen van de Europese Commissie.

PowerBIAgent.nl en AI-modellen

De Power BI Agent gebruikt een AI-model via het eigen account van de klant: een eigen Claude-abonnement of Claude API-sleutel (Anthropic), of een eigen Microsoft Copilot-abonnement. De verwerking door de aanbieder van het AI-model valt onder de overeenkomst tussen de klant en die aanbieder. Privacygevoelige gegevens worden gemaskeerd voordat ze het AI-model bereiken.

Cookies

Deze website gebruikt cookies en vergelijkbare technieken:

  • Google Analytics plaatst cookies (_ga en _ga_ gevolgd door een code) om bezoekstatistieken bij te houden. Wij hebben Google Analytics privacyvriendelijk ingesteld: gegevens worden niet gedeeld met Google voor andere doeleinden, Google-signalen en advertentiefuncties staan uit, en er is een verwerkersovereenkomst met Google. Statistieken worden veertien maanden bewaard.
  • Cookiemelding: in uw browser onthouden wij dat u de cookiemelding hebt gezien, zodat die niet steeds opnieuw verschijnt.
  • YouTube-video’s worden pas geladen als u op de video klikt, via youtube-nocookie.com. Daarna kan YouTube (Google) cookies plaatsen.
  • Contactformulier: voor spambescherming gebruikt het formulier Google reCAPTCHA.

U kunt cookies verwijderen of blokkeren via de instellingen van uw browser. De website blijft daarna gewoon werken.

Gegevensbeveiliging

Davista maakt gebruik van zorgvuldige veiligheidsprocedures voor de bescherming van verwerkte gegevens, onder meer om te voorkomen dat onbevoegden zich onbedoeld toegang kunnen verschaffen tot deze gegevens.

Wij beschermen uw gegevens met alle mogelijke middelen, maar vanwege het publieke karakter van het internet kunnen wij de veiligheid van de overdracht van informatie via het internet niet altijd voor 100% garanderen.

Uw rechten

U hebt het recht om uw persoonsgegevens in te zien, te laten corrigeren of te laten verwijderen. Ook kunt u bezwaar maken tegen de verwerking, de verwerking laten beperken en uw gegevens in een gangbaar formaat ontvangen. Which data we process

Purposes of use

Davista uses your personal data for:

  • product and service development (legal basis: legitimate interest);
  • determining strategy and policy (legal basis: legitimate interest);
  • provision of information about our products and services (legal basis: legitimate interest);
  • answering questions via the contact form or email (legal basis: legitimate interest);
  • sending the newsletter (legal basis: consent; you can unsubscribe using the link in every newsletter);
  • improving the website based on visitor statistics (legal basis: legitimate interest);
  • complying with legal obligations, such as the tax retention obligation (legal basis: legal obligation).

Retention periods

We do not keep personal data longer than necessary:

  • customer and billing data: seven years after the end of the agreement, due to the tax retention obligation;
  • messages via the contact form or email: one year after handling, unless an agreement follows;
  • newsletter data: until you unsubscribe;
  • statistics in Google Analytics: fourteen months;
  • hosting log files: as short as needed for security and resolving incidents.

Sharing with third parties

Davista does not sell your data. We only share data with parties that help us deliver our services, and only to the extent necessary. We have agreements with these parties about the security and confidentiality of your data. They are:

  • the subprocessors listed on the page, including Microsoft Azure (hosting of the Power BI Connector and the Power BI Agent) and Strato (hosting of the website and web shop);
  • Google, for website statistics (Google Analytics) and spam protection of the contact form (reCAPTCHA);
  • Mailchimp (Intuit), for sending the newsletter.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Google and Mailchimp are based in the United States. Data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area. This is done on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

PowerBIAgent.nl and AI models

The Power BI Agent uses an AI model through the customer’s own account: their own Claude subscription or Claude API key (Anthropic), or their own Microsoft Copilot subscription. Processing by the AI model provider falls under the agreement between the customer and that provider. Privacy-sensitive data is masked before it reaches the AI model.

Cookies

This website uses cookies and similar techniques:
