Om onze producten en diensten te kunnen leveren, schakelt Davista externe partijen in. Partijen die daarbij persoonsgegevens van onze klanten verwerken, zijn subverwerkers in de zin van de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG). Met elke subverwerker hebben wij afspraken gemaakt over de beveiliging en vertrouwelijkheid van de gegevens.

AI-modellen bij de Power BI Agent
De Power BI Agent gebruikt een AI-model via het eigen account van de klant: een eigen Claude-abonnement of Claude API-sleutel (Anthropic), of een eigen Microsoft Copilot-abonnement. De aanbieder van het AI-model is daarom geen subverwerker van Davista; de verwerking valt onder de overeenkomst tussen de klant en die aanbieder.

To deliver our products and services, Davista engages external parties. Parties that process personal data of our customers in doing so are subprocessors within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We have agreements with each subprocessor about the security and confidentiality of the data.

AI models in the Power BI Agent
The Power BI Agent uses an AI model through the customer’s own account: their own Claude subscription or Claude API key (Anthropic), or their own Microsoft Copilot subscription. The AI model provider is therefore not a subprocessor of Davista; processing falls under the agreement between the customer and that provider.
